Yes. All Acaves cartridges are equipped with the latest upgraded smart chip technology, which enables real-time ink level monitoring on your printer's display — just like the original manufacturer cartridge.

This is a standard message from the printer's software. Simply click OK or Next to continue printing — it will not affect print quality or cartridge performance. If the message persists or the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge, remove it, re-install it firmly, and restart the printer. Repeat 2-3 times if needed. If the issue continues, contact our support team.

All Acaves products come with a 2-year warranty and lifetime technical support. If you receive a defective cartridge, we will send a free replacement immediately — no return shipping required, no lengthy claim process.

Installation takes under 30 seconds: (1) Open the printer's cartridge door. (2) Remove the old cartridge. (3) Take the Acaves cartridge out of its packaging. (4) Remove the protective tape from the ink nozzles. (5) Insert it firmly into the slot until it clicks. Important: Do not touch the chip or ink nozzles directly. Wait up to 4 minutes for the first recognition on some models.

Most Acaves HP cartridge lines (63XL, 65XL, 67XL, 910XL, 936XL, 962XL) are fully compatible with HP e-series printers that are not enrolled in the HP+ Instant Ink service. Note: 910XL and 936XL lines are not compatible with printers enrolled in HP+ or Instant Ink programs. If you're unsure, contact our support team.
